Simon Dibb or "Dibby" as he was always known, passed away on Sunday March 2nd at home surrounded by his family. He finally lost his fight with cancer.

From what we understand there will be no funeral, but a celebration of his life which will be announced in due course. He will be greatly missed by all he knew him at The Bees whether as a team mate, as a chef, a restauranteur or just as Dibby.
